Appointments

• Appointments should be made by calling our reception team on 01573 224424.
• Our reception team will ask you for a brief reason for your appointment.  This is so they can allocate you the correct appointment, with the most appropriate clinician. Please be aware that our staff are bound by GDPR laws and strict confidentiality is applied at all times.
• Routine appointments can be made up to 4 weeks in advance and are typically around a 2 week waiting time.
• The practice do not offer an emergency service and all emergencies should call 999.
• The practice do have a duty team made up of GPs and Advance Nurse Practitioners, who deal with any urgent, on-the-day matters.  Our GPs do not offer same day, bookable appointments or calls.
• For patients who find telephone appointments more convenient, we do offer this service. Telephone calls can be booked in the same manner as routine appointments i.e. up to 4 weeks in advance. Please note, our GPs do not offer on-the-day telephone calls, as any urgent matters will be handled by the duty team.

• If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible by calling our reception team on 01573 224424 in order for us to give the slot to someone else
